ESSENZA Mare Dorothea Trousers long Soft teal

The rich fabric, the mid-rise waist and the elastic waistband with draw string make these into the perfect pyjama trousers. This item is made from the sustainable modal fabric combined with cotton. Modal is made from the pulp of beech wood and is, due to its softness, the perfect fabric for underwear and pyjamas. This woven variety with subtle shine is considered to be a very luxurious fabric and has in this instance been blended with cotton and elastane for extra durability. The fabric is soft, drapes loosely around the body and has a comfortable stretch. This all-over print shows a graceful collection of peonies in subtle pastel pink hues that contrast beautifully against a soft, green background. The flowers are richly scattered and surrounded by green leaves, with occasional tiny buds of the sagebrush about to bloom. The design was developed in collaboration with photographer Kreetta Järvenpää (born 1974, Finland).
